Order Processing

Some items are made to order. Please give us a few days to hand make, process and ship your order. We will notify you right away if it will take longer.

Due to varying demand and order volumes, processing times may vary. Custom orders, special requests, made-to-order, and larger volume orders may be subject to longer processing times.

Items are made and shipped in the order they are received. If you need something sooner, please contact us before purchase to see if we can accommodate your needs.

Please note that processing and shipping times may run a bit longer throughout the holiday season and during sales and special promotions.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders are welcome. Please email with your request and we will discuss lead-times and price discounts for larger orders.


We ship worldwide from the U.S.

FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $100 within the U.S.
FREE Standard International Shipping for orders over $300.

We mail out using USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number unless otherwise requested at check out. We will notify you when your order ships and give you tracking details.

Estimated delivery date is 3-5 days for arrival within the USA.

We offer express domestic shipping (1-2 business days). Please request this service under Order Notes at check out and we will provide you with a new shipping quote.

For some items, an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

Please contact us at for International Shipping rates. International orders will take longer, between 10 days to 6 weeks. The average time is 14 days but may take longer if it is held in customs.

We offer express International Shipping as well. Please contact us for a quote and lead-time.

You are responsible for any customs/duty fees for international shipments.

TAX/VAT/DUTIES : Sometimes your country may charge you a duty fee or VAT tax that you will be responsible to pay. We will not refund these fees that your country may charge. We will also not refund shipping on items returned to sender for refusal to pay this tax since we already paid the original postage.

Divine Creations is bound by law to declare the full value of your order, along with an invoice of purchase. Divine Creations will not be able to declare a lower value.

If your international package does not have any shipping updates past Illinois do not be alarmed. Your package is on the way. The post office does not always scan international first class packages after they leave the destination post office. A package is not considered lost until 7 weeks have passed.

UPS, FedEx, DHL, or your preferred courier may be used upon request, but may be subject to additional costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Our vision is that you will be completely happy with your Divine Creations order. If you are not overjoyed with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of the receiving date with these conditions met:

·      Return shipping is postmarked within 7 days of confirmed delivery date.
·      Items are unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
·      Items must be returned in the same method they were shipped out and must include a tracking number.

·      Return shipping cost is buyer’s responsibility. We only refund shipping charges if there was a mistake on our part.

Please email notifying us of your refund/exchange request and we will provide you with a RMA# and return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (this depends on your credit card or banking institution).

The item price will be refunded minus the shipping charges.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Our packages are safely wrapped and packed. If anything is broken or damaged when you receive your package please notify us right away so we can begin the refund/exchange promptly.

Non-returnable items:

·      Custom items
·      Earrings & hair accessories (for sanitary reasons)
·      Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

·      Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

IF RETURNED TO SENDER : Please make sure your address is correct when you purchase. If for some reason your item gets returned to us for a non deliverable address, taxes not paid, unclaimed, or return to sender, we can either refund you for the purchase price minus shipping paid or we can ship it back to the correct address. If we ship it back out, you will be responsible to pay the new shipping fees.
